Log all your maintenance requests (except I.T. requests that are logged directly with I.T.)

Check and confirm task priorities that are used here at RMG

Receive a confirmation email after raising a request, and after your request has been completed

Check statistics on how many tasks have been raised since 1st March 2021. You will also be able to see daily, monthly and annual task numbers
Logging a task is very easy. All you will need to do is complete a simple form.
It is important that you select the correct Category for the request that you are logging. The category is used to direct the request to the right team.
