Helpdesk Priorities
Priority 1
Immediate health and safety risk to staff or general public. Major disruption to affected Property. Unacceptable security risk.
In the event of an emergency immediately contact Security Control on 6555.
Priority 2
Matters that restrict Royal Museums Greenwich from conducting normal operations. These are of medium priority.
Priority 3
Matters of a routine nature that do not disrupt the Museum's normal business operations.
Priority 4
Planned Works: These are requests that cannot be fitted into the three priorities, or they are longer than 3 days to implement a permanent fix.
